How can we #manifest something we want into our life? Manifesting is about turning your dreams into a reality through positive thinking. It is the ability to manifest your dreams into your 3D world. The first step is an intentional practice in your life. Since it's never too late to start, wake up this morning & give it a try, You have nothing to lose. Our thoughts become our things; remember that. Follow each thought with action. Journaling is a vital aspect of the manifestation process. It allows you to create the road map of your dreams. As Angelina Lombardo, the author of A Spiritual Entrepreneur, says, “manifesting is making everything you want to feel and experience a reality... via your thoughts, actions, beliefs, and emotions.” So let us start there.

Begin by creating a list of the top ten things you desire. Be as specific and descriptive as you can. What is it that you want? What do you want your life to look like? Where do you see yourself most happy? In what timeline? These are the answers you need to get clear about before setting your intention to the universe.

Now, If journaling is not for you, know that there are many ways to manifest your desires, including prayer, meditation, visualization, and creating a vision board.

Manifesting is the art of co-creating with the universe. Working toward your goals increases your chances of receiving what you want. It's also fun. Once you have created your dream life as you see fit, ask. Call upon your creator, your Angels & Guides. Allow your thoughts to become your things, turning them into reality by focusing on what you want. Our thoughts become our things. That is the secret—the true secret to life.

Knowing that manifestation has a great deal to do with your thought patterns, beginning a positive affirmation practice can go a long way in reframing any negative thoughts inhibiting your manifestation process.

When you’ve pinpointed exactly what your hopes, dreams, and goals are, you need to ask the universe for what you want. When setting goals to manifest, it can be helpful to create a 1-year, 5- year, & a 10- year plan. This roadmap will help keep your mindset positive, clear, & focused.

Whatever you desire, though, one thing is essential: Make your intention as specific as possible.

The next step is to be mindful of—and thankful for—what you receive.

While you may not get everything you envision in the order and time frame you want, you should receive and acknowledge what you do get—no matter how big or small it may be. Gratitude & Gratefulness is the key.

In addition to changing your mindset and behaviors, you will need to remove any obstacles or limiting beliefs that may cloud your vision, including fear, doubt, and negative self-talk.

Be Mindful of the Energy You Put Out

Energy is everything. The energy we put out in the world is the energy we get back. While manifesting, we are continually sending out energy—through either your thoughts or feelings. Ensuring this energy is positive is crucial. Positivity attracts positive. Through positive thinking, you can & will attract that same energy back to you every day.

Manifesting can be a spiritual practice if you choose to use it that way, but you can also incorporate it into a regular mindfulness practice. Every action, behavior, and choice is predicated on an idea, so when your views align with a more #positive #vibration and state of being, you're better equipped to choose what you're looking to manifest. So whether manifesting during meditation or just in your day-to-day thoughts, remember that we get back what we give out.

There are several misconceptions about manifesting. Our manifestations do not always show up exactly as we imagine them. Manifestation requires being open to unconsidered synchronicities and possibilities. It requires believing in the magic.

Whether you're looking to manifest love, a new job, a new house, or the next phase of your life, there are many ways to put the law of attraction into intentional practice in your life.
