STORE SHIPPING, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Bracelets are individually handmade and inspected before packaging. Shipping is FREE within the United States. Orders are shipped out 3-5 days after processing. Please allow an additional 3 days to receive your shipment. There is a 100% Refund or Exchange Policy for any damage due to shipping. If any damage occurs during shipping, please take a picture of the damaged item and shipping envelope and email it to Heal@ChristinePoccia.com . A replacement will be sent out to you the next business day. A full refund will be granted if the item is no longer in stock.
